5.2 Withdrawal Requests. You may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

Indicative timelines are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers — typically 5 to 30 minutes; FPX bank transfers — typically 15 minutes to 2 hours; online banking to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong — typically 30 minutes to 4 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals — subject to network confirmation times. These are targets, not guarantees; actual times may vary due to payment processor conditions.
5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Robintogel reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a payment method not previously associated with your account.
5.5 Fees. Robintogel does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees or limits, for which Robintogel bears no responsibility.

10.1 Suspension by Robintogel. Robintogel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, please ensure all active bonus conditions are noted, as bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
